If you would like to exchange your purchased products/chocolates for a different flavor or product, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with an exchange authorization and further instructions. The products must be in their original packaging, unopened, and in the same condition as when you received them.

For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on perishable items if they have been opened or consumed.
Once we receive and inspect the returned products/chocolates, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 3 working days and will be credited back to the original method of payment. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

We offer COD only within Colombo 1–15 because our own delivery riders handle deliveries in this area, allowing us to securely accept payment upon delivery.

For locations outside Colombo 1–15, we use third-party courier services. These couriers do not handle product payments—they only collect their delivery charges. Additionally, we’ve experienced a high volume of fake COD orders outside Colombo, where customers fail to answer courier calls or refuse the package, leading to significant losses for our business.

We offer special discounted pricing to customers who choose to pay with cash or bank transfers, helping us minimize transaction-related expenses and continue offering the best prices.

When you choose to pay via credit or debit card, the discount amount may be adjusted slightly to reflect the additional transaction costs involved. This ensures the long-term sustainability of our pricing model, while still giving you the flexibility to choose your preferred payment method.

All our products are offered at special discounted prices to give the best possible value to our customers. However, when you choose to pay via Payzy installment plans, the discount may be adjusted to account for the extra processing and administrative costs involved in offering this service.

This adjustment helps us continue offering high-quality products and flexible payment options without compromising the value we provide to our customers who choose standard payment methods.
